Prices for OnWhey products are set in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency based on your region; the exact amount is confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@onwhey.com and we will make it right.
Every current order is a pre-order for the V2 production batch. The pre-order window closes August 17, and the batch ships about 30 days after the window closes; this is disclosed again on the payment page before you pay. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is handed to the courier by emailing hello@onwhey.com. If production is materially delayed beyond the stated timeline, we will tell the whole batch and offer every buyer the same choice: keep the order or take a full refund. After delivery, our returns policy applies: 90 days to see results, or a full refund, opened or not.
If you create an account, keep your login to yourself and give us accurate details. The community exists for training, nutrition, and product talk: no spam, no impersonation, no medical claims presented as fact, no content that is illegal or abusive. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to display it on the site. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To remove a post or delete your account, email hello@onwhey.com and we will do it.
Site content is owned by OnWhey or its licensors. You may share links to our articles; you may not republish substantial portions without permission. Product names and trademarks mentioned in reviews belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply endorsement of us by them.
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnWhey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
