RETURNS WITHOUT the runaround

30 days, unopened, full refund. One email starts it. Written down before launch so you can hold us to it.

OnWhey is in development. Nothing is on sale yet.

There are no orders to return, because there is nothing to buy yet. This policy is published in advance as a commitment: it takes effect with the first order we ever take, and any change before launch happens on this page in the open. Where a detail is still being finalized, we mark it instead of hiding it.

THE LAUNCH POLICY

Five clauses. Each one is either committed now or clearly marked as a draft number awaiting final courier decisions.

The 30-day commitment

30 days from the day your order is delivered. Unopened, factory-sealed products qualify for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fee. No store-credit-only games.

Opened tubs cannot be restocked or resold, so they sit outside this window. If something is wrong with the product itself, that is clause 05, not a loophole we hide behind.

How to start a return

Email hello@onwhey.com with your order number. That is the whole process. No portal, no form, no phone tree.

A founder reads it and replies with the return address and instructions. You do not need to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method, never forced into store credit.

The working target is issuing the refund within 5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse, with your bank's usual posting time on top. The final figure gets locked and printed here at launch.

Return shipping cost

Who pays for the return leg is still being decided and depends on the courier contracts we sign.

Whatever we choose will be printed here in plain numbers before the first sale, so you know the full cost of changing your mind before you buy.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

Committed

If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged or defective, the unopened rule does not apply and the return leg is on us.

Email a photo with your order number to hello@onwhey.com and we replace it or refund it, your choice.

The training and supplement guides on this site link to products sold by third-party retailers. If you bought something through one of those links, the retailer's own returns policy applies and the return goes through them directly. We cannot process returns for products we did not sell. This policy covers OnWhey products bought directly from us once we launch.
