Current status
Our first line is being formulated and manufactured now. Nothing is for sale today, so no orders are shipping. The policy below is published in advance and takes effect the day the first batch goes on sale. Where a detail is still being finalized, we mark it instead of hiding it.
THE LAUNCH POLICY
Five clauses. Each one is either committed now or clearly marked as a draft number awaiting final courier and region decisions.
OnWhey is being built to ship worldwide, with the US as the first market in scope. That is the working plan, not yet a promise.
The confirmed region list, including whether we ship internationally on day one, will be published on this page before the first order is ever taken.
Flat, visible rates shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise fees on the last screen.
The working draft is free shipping above a set threshold and a flat fee below it. Exact figures get locked when our courier contracts are signed, then printed here.
The commitment is simple: your order leaves the warehouse fast, and the exact cutoff is stated before you pay.
The working target is packing and handover to the courier within 2 business days of your order. Final cutoff times and courier partners will be named at launch.
Every order gets a tracking number, emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed to the courier. No untracked mail, no exceptions.
If a parcel arrives damaged or never arrives at all, email hello@onwhey.com with your order number. We replace it or refund it, your choice.
You will be dealing with a founder, not a ticket queue.
This clause holds from the first order we ever take. It will not be quietly edited later.
